Heartbeat January Jamboree

Heartbeat is a voluntary support group for those with heart disease or who have had a cardiac event in their lives. Heartbeat is organising a January Health Jamboree to bring together the various supports in the community that are available to cardiac patients. Eighteen different supports will have a stand at the event and will be able to explain their services and answer any questions. Some stands are directly related to cardiac issues and some are of interest to anyone. The Heartbeat January Health Jamboree will take place:
